Raphael led dozens of transactions in the asset management industry and served as General Partner on two Private Equity funds. Prior to Kidron, Raphael served as Director of Corporate Development of a publicly-traded hedge fund in London, Integrated Asset Management. In that role, Raphael led the acquisitive growth of the company. Raphael holds an MBA from Columbia University, where he graduated first in his class. Joe has 30 years of experience advising UHNW clients on asset allocation and manager selection. After selling Winter Capital, a wealth management boutique he co-founded, to Citigroup in 2000, he held various senior positions at the Citigroup Private Bank ultimately being appointed as the CEO of Global Hedge Strategies. Prior to Winter Capital he was a Managing Director and Head of Private Clients at Global Asset Management (USA) and prior to that worked in operations at Brown Brothers Harriman. Most recently Joe ran portfolio management for the hedge fund business at Sciens Capital, and he co-founded and was the CEO of OpenArc Asset Management, an independent wealth management firm. Prior to joining Melting Point, Chuck worked at Barclays in the San Francisco office advising clients on investing in alternative investments, including: Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Venture, and Structured Products. Prior to Barclays, Chuck worked in systems engineering for Ford Motor Company and in Strategy Consulting. Chuck has both a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley. Doug has close to 30 years experience in the asset management industry having founded, built and managed several businesses along with running divisions of larger enterprises. He has spent the last 20 years predominately in the hedge fund business having worked at Soros Fund Management and Moore Capital Management and founding both Titan Advisors and Alstra Capital. Prior to that he was an investment banker for 10 years with Kleinwort Benson. Most recently Doug was the President of the Sciens Managed Account Platform and he co-founded and was the COO and CCO of OpenArc Asset Management, an independent wealth management firm. He served as head of investment banking and general counsel at Investec Inc. from 1999 to 2001. From 1996 to 1999, he was a partner at the law firm of Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel LLP, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities and between 1991 and 1995 he was an associate at the same firm. Mark received an AB in History from Columbia University and a JD from New York University Law School. Before joining TradeStation Securities, Ms. Powell served as Branch Administrator for Chase Manhattan Investment Services, a subsidiary of Chase Manhattan Bank. As Branch Administrator Ms. Powell was responsible for the daily operations of Chase Manhattan Investment Services in its Miami-Dade locations.
